    <content type="html">ive been doing absolutely awful.&lt;br /&gt;i was sick all last week and at first, i had no&amp;nbsp;desire to eat really.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;then as i started to get better, i started eating alot.&lt;br /&gt;completly going off&amp;nbsp;of my eating&amp;nbsp;plan.&lt;br /&gt;now im looking&amp;nbsp;in the mirror thinking.&lt;br /&gt;-gag- i look like a hippo. times a thousand.&lt;br /&gt;im so sick of this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;its&amp;nbsp;so hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but&amp;nbsp;tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;im getting back on track.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;im going to&amp;nbsp;have a cup of green tea&amp;nbsp;for&amp;nbsp;breakfast&lt;br /&gt;an appl for lunch&lt;br /&gt;and a plain salad&amp;nbsp;for&amp;nbsp;dinner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then the weekend.&lt;br /&gt;im fasting.&lt;br /&gt;im sick and tired of this.&lt;br /&gt;im sick and tired of me.&amp;nbsp;</content>

    <content type="html">what ive eaten today.,:&lt;br /&gt;one special k bar. 90 cal.&lt;br /&gt;plain salad. 15 cal.&lt;br /&gt;and lots of tea. 0 cal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yet i still look so disgusting., &lt;br /&gt;i just want to be pretty. &lt;br /&gt;is that so hard to ask?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;well i guess im gonna go work out.&lt;br /&gt;for hours. &lt;br /&gt;till i completely pass out from tired-ness.&lt;br /&gt;goodnight everyone. :|</content>

    <content type="html">today has been going decently well. &lt;br /&gt;avoiding the kitchen at all costs.&lt;br /&gt;ive been watching an antm marathon all day, yipee :)&lt;br /&gt;the feeling of hunger is creeping into my stomach though,&lt;br /&gt;i love and hate the feeling of hunger, its like i feel like im getting closer to my goal.&lt;br /&gt;does that make sense. :|&lt;br /&gt;well i hope everyone is having a good weekend &lt;br /&gt;and doing well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*hugs*</content>

    <content type="html">okay, im new to this.&lt;br /&gt;increasingly, ive been concerned with my weight.,&lt;br /&gt;i weigh 125 lbs. and im 5'3 almost 5'4&lt;br /&gt;i would love to loose weight all on my legs.&lt;br /&gt;and around my sides and stomach.&lt;br /&gt;i need to loose it pretty fast.&lt;br /&gt;my goal is to reach 100. at least.&lt;br /&gt;does anyone have any ideas thoughts or opinions ?&lt;br /&gt;i need help,&lt;br /&gt;bigtime.</content>
