ive been doing absolutely awful.
i was sick all last week and at first, i had no desire to eat really. 
then as i started to get better, i started eating alot.
completly going off of my eating plan.
now im looking in the mirror thinking.
-gag- i look like a hippo. times a thousand.
im so sick of this. 
its so hard.


but tomorrow. 
im getting back on track. 
im going to have a cup of green tea for breakfast
an appl for lunch
and a plain salad for dinner.

then the weekend.
im fasting.
im sick and tired of this.
im sick and tired of me.

what ive eaten today.,:
one special k bar. 90 cal.
plain salad. 15 cal.
and lots of tea. 0 cal.

yet i still look so disgusting.,
i just want to be pretty.
is that so hard to ask?

well i guess im gonna go work out.
for hours.
till i completely pass out from tired-ness.

today has been going decently well.
avoiding the kitchen at all costs.
ive been watching an antm marathon all day, yipee :)
the feeling of hunger is creeping into my stomach though,
i love and hate the feeling of hunger, its like i feel like im getting closer to my goal.
does that make sense. :|
well i hope everyone is having a good weekend
and doing well.

okay, im new to this.
increasingly, ive been concerned with my weight.,
i weigh 125 lbs. and im 5'3 almost 5'4
i would love to loose weight all on my legs.
and around my sides and stomach.
i need to loose it pretty fast.
my goal is to reach 100. at least.
does anyone have any ideas thoughts or opinions ?
i need help,
bigtime.
